Outside dimensions are the bed swing frame only. Depending upon hanging method selected, an additional 4-16" can be added to the overall footprint of the swing bed once installed.

Installation:

We recommend that your bed swing be installed under a covered structure out of direct exposure to the elements.

Wall Clearance:
When installing your swing bed, it is ideal to allow a clearance of 1.5-feet or more in front and back of bed swing and 1-foot on each side.

Rope Information:
The standard size rope that we use is 1-inch in diameter Manila rope.  It is attractive and proportional to the swing, not to mention allows a much higher load limit than 3/4" rope. The rope pictured is the very popular 1.5" manila.
